    One of President Park's main initiative is the 'creative economy'. In fact, she was invited to speak about Korean's vision for creative economy in the world forum in Davos. For me, personally, this is one of President Park's most inspiring moments; if this initiative is successful, the President will go in history for this vision.

    We arrived at the 2014 Columbus Global Camp just as the event's Master of Ceremonies took to the podium and prepared to begin the day's proceedings. We were there partly in the capacity of judges and partly on one of our reconnaissance missions to find another great Korean startup among the dozen startups selected as finalists that afternoon.

  • The Good Things

    This is a time of tragedy and hurt, and so I will slightly change the theme a bit. Let us try to be positive and see the bright side of this wonderful country. I'll do this today by writing a bit on the positive sides of Korean entrepreneurs. Most of these are the reasons why I decided to invest in and support Korean startups, and why I truly believe in the "Creative Economy" vision.
