Seoul Technology Startup Competition 2014

Seoul-Global-Center-logoYesterday, in a technology start-up competition hosted by Seoul Global Center run by the Seoul Metropolitan Government, KSP Managing Partner Eyal Victor Mamou, presided as judge of presentations made by finalists of companies founded by foreigner, or Korean-foreigner, teams.

These entrepreneurs were selected through an application process that had taken place in early summer, and which aimed to identify and foster foreign entrepreneurs.

The government too, is encouraging entrepreneurship by encouraging the launch of startups founded by both foreigners and Koreans in many different capacities.

The competition's first-prize winner, Hitbim Co., will be given professional business consulting, mentoring, and coaching services, special visa preference, and an incubation office space in Seoul for one year.
